Spray Foam Insulation Services in Forest Lake, MN

Spray foam insulation services in Forest Lake, MN address the air leakage problem that makes homes in this area burn through fuel without staying warm. Forest Lake sits in one of the colder corners of the Minneapolis metro, and every gap in the building envelope costs measurably more here than it does further south. Spray foam creates a continuous air and thermal barrier in the locations that matter most, stopping the infiltration that insulation alone cannot solve.

WHAT CAN WE DO FOR YOU?

Spray foam closes the air gaps, and NES Building Solutions pairs it with the other services that Forest Lake properties need most. Blown in attic insulation brings R-value up to where northern Minnesota’s climate demands it. Polyjacking lifts the concrete slabs that freeze-thaw cycles have been pushing out of position year after year. These are the three most common and most costly problems on Forest Lake properties, and we handle all of them. Call today for an evaluation.

Blown in Insulation

Advanced blown in insulation in Forest Lake builds the attic thermal layer to R-49 — the minimum for efficient performance in this northern climate zone. Professional attic insulation installation distributes loose-fill cellulose or fiberglass across every section of the attic floor, sealing bypasses first to prevent heated air from escaping around the new coverage. Most Forest Lake homes not updated since construction are running significantly below this level.

Spray Foam Insulation

Expert spray foam insulation in Forest Lake prioritizes the locations where air infiltration causes the most energy loss in cold-climate homes — rim joists, foundation walls, and attic access frames. Certified spray foam application uses closed-cell product in exposed and foundation-adjacent areas for moisture resistance and higher R-value per inch of thickness applied. Open-cell foam suits interior-facing applications where flexibility and sound control matter.

Superior Polyjacking

Specialized superior polyjacking services correct settled concrete on Forest Lake properties by injecting expanding foam beneath sunken slabs to fill voids and restore level grade. The northern Minnesota freeze-thaw cycle is particularly aggressive on subgrade soils at this latitude, and driveways and walkways here tend to show settlement sooner than properties further south. Superior concrete leveling completes the repair in one same-day visit.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. NES Spray Foam did spray foam insulation in our attic last summer. They did a decent job, but quite uneven-a lot of low spots that we needed to fill in, but overall probably deeper than was quoted, so not a big deal. They totally missed a couple spots, but came back a few weeks later to fix. The huge problem that they did not correct-see examples in pics. Overspray on a lot of stuff that we were told didn't need to be moved. The garage door was the biggest problem. They said they would fix, didn't, and a year later still ignored our attempts to contact. We ended up having to paint the garage door. I would not recommend NES.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Scott from NES is an honest business man. He came to our house twice for a quote on sparybfoaming the Attic. They had to vacuum out two big truck load of cellulose first, then spray foamed everything and cut into kneewalls too and they did a great job. Once everything was sprayed and air-sealed they added blown fiberglass back in for a total of at least R 60. They were generous sonI am sure it is a little more. I would hire them again next time. So why only 4 stars? It's the communication. Scott wants to handle it all himself, which means he often does not get back to you or just slowly. You as the customer have to be proactive to make sure he comes when he says he will. If that doesn't bother you, you get quality workmanship and a very fair price.
